Yep its the old BBC test card, does this mean they might be working something TV related? I can already access BBC iPlayer on my iphone

Yeh, it was used durring downtime when the BBC didn't broadcast 24 Hours a day. Also was shown during the famous BBC power failure. Its main use was to test and adjust the image. The colours and pattern where specifically designed to test the quality. Looks like the dev-team are testing something, but what could it be ?
