Chris Sevier, an attorney in Nashville, is suing Apple for selling devices that gave him easy access to porn, resulting in an addiction that ruined his marriage.
Today, Judge Denise Cote ruled that Apple was guilty of conspiring with publishers to raise e-book prices. Another trial will follow at a later date to determine the damages.
Apple will reportedly release its redesigned iPhone in the fall of 2012 and may plan to use a rubber or plastic material similar to that of the bumper accessory in its new device.
