Are they serious??? The HSPA 7.2 speed was obsolete over here in northern Europe about 3 years ago!!!!

really don't see your point. This isn't Europe. If you haven't noticed, Europe tends to get things first before it comes to the states.

Europe is not a restrictive with creativity as the US is. The problem here is that americans are willing to pay a ton of money for shitty service and it allows companies like AT&T to keep things locked down and cheap for nice returns.

I'm a resident of queens NY and the 3G here is BAAAAAADDDDD in my iPad 3G. Max 500 Kbps down and 74kbps up. I also have tmobile htc pro2 and is 2mb down and 1.8 mb up. I really wonder why AT&T claims to be the 3G fastest network? My plan was to use the iPad 3G for tethering but with this kind of speed .......forget it.....I use the htc for this...
