I would like to know how to track progress with the Nike+ (Fitness) app. I have used the pedometer but can't seem to get them onto the nikeplus.com website. I have an account yet can't find where to go. Please help!

how do i freeze or lock the screen, so that i dont accidentally press the pause/forward/reverse touch screen - it often happen to me when im working out on the gym. i can do this with the previous models of ipod nano's- but for the touch screen - i dont know how to do it.

All I do is tap the power button instead of holding the button down. hope this helps
