A U.S. appeals court has rejected Apple's request for a sales ban on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone, reports Reuters.
Apple had asked the full Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., to revisit a decision in October by a three-judge panel of the same court. The panel rejected Apple's request to impose a sales ban on Samsung's Nexus smartphone ahead of a trial set for March 2014.
The upcoming Nexus trial will be presided over by Judge Lucy Koh who also presided over the recent case where Apple won a $1.05 billion verdict against Samsung.
The appeals court rejected Apple's request for the ban without detailed explanation or any published dissents.

That's really not the point. We should be able to upgrade/downgrade as much or as little as we like.
