What has Samsung done that's "real technological innovation" again? This is about standards-essential patents that Samsung can't abuse.

Guys!!!! It pains me to read bad grammer and spellings on these threads. I know people want to express their opinions. Please check your grammer, spelling and punctuations. It is like someone rushing to the restroom to relieve themselves, but forget to wipe their ass afterwards. They come out feeling good, while people around them stay away because of the bad smell, due to unfinished business .

Listen to who is acting like a fanboy. This is a ban that many other companies disagree with, starting with Verizon. It's unreasonable and too far of a reach.

In case some of you missed it. Verizon, AT&T, Microsoft, Intel, Oracle and other tech giants sided with Apple over the ban. Verizon being the first one to stand and sent a letter to the administration. These companies who sided with apple basically says - Companies can't use an essential/standard patent against another company - FRAND license can't be abused. They sided because if Apple being the biggest of them all doesn't stand a chance then all of them that uses the same patent will be an easy target for Samsung.

It's a big politics game

Apple is the most profitable country in the world. Why would Obama want to allow such a ban on a company that is brining in jobs and money to the country, while the economy is in such a frail state?

HAHA love how you ended your rant siding with me on the topic. It's all about money. The economy means money, doesn't it? And you don't even know what the C in china stands for on a device that hasn't even hit the market just yet. And why does apple sue? Cause by keeping their mouth shut while everyone copied them is how they almost ran out of business in the 90's. @hahah FYI just the job of assembling products are in china because of cheap labor and since all the manufacture companies are there on every block even if apple decides to change design at last minute or need some part in hurry they just have to go next door, but the real engineering that goes behind it and high paying jobs goes to engineers here to us Americans, and that's more important, to have more high paying jobs for us Americans and not getting paid minimum wage at assembly line.

I hope Samsung didnt pay the fine levied down on them, because this a crock and double standard.
