Apple has updated the look and feel of its support portal for those seeking assistance with their products.

The new flat design features two panes of large product images for selection. Clicking an image takes you through to available guides, communities, and other resources for that product.

Hope they take suggestions to what needs to be added to support in case like if it's a screen of death like the 5s mentioned before for example!
