Out with old in with new, that's everyone's strategy. It's like why stick with nes when you have a wii?

Apple is not here for charity ... They want to their desired numbers ... So it's your call if u wanna buy the 5S or the 5C ... They are not forcing you to buy one

The idea is to get everyone to the newer model of phone so they can reduce support for outdated models. Since there are people who DON'T upgrade every year, they figure it's better to get them to upgrade to a slightly more modern phone rather than waiting for them to buy a completely new phone.

What is the strategy behind this if this is true? Going to Apple Store to get an upgrade of your phone, you will most likely sign up a 2 year contract, then once the iPhone 6 releases around Sep or whatever in this year, you will be stuck! otherwise you will have to bring out some cash out of your pocket.

Wanna know what's more reality! Paying for the big ass plastic toy like it's not enough, sure let's pay more for the replacement once dropped. You know what they say, the bigger shit is the harder it falls, therefore twice the damage with 2 year contract unless you'd go with tmobile which you somehow didn't hear about. Now that's burning money straight down to the ash.

Apple knows their costumer. they are easy to please. but of course it will still cost you,Apple has increased the buyback prices for iPhones in its trade-in-program. They are just trying to get rid off of the overstock. It's so apple.

have Iphone 4s , Iphone 56 and a mini ipad and without a jailbreak is like i don't have nothing. I still have my iphone 4s jailbreak. If i see any improvement on iphone 6 then I will wait for the 6s because always comes with better functions!

I would wait for iPhone 6 just to see if it is worth it to upgrade, i have small hands and do not like big phones, so if it is uncomfortable i will upgrade my iPhone 5 to 5s. Upgrading now for me is early, but if Apple give me exchange for free from 5 to 5s i would accept it.
