Apple has stopped signing iOS 8.1.3, making it impossible to downgrade to the firmware.

As a reminder to those still on iOS 8.1.3 and especially those on iOS 8.1.2, Semphore will soon release an update to Tiny Umbrella that will be able to fetch SHSH blobs from off the device.

It's been hinted that Tiny Umbrella might let you downgrade using these SHSH blobs in the future.
