TaiG has released an updated untether for the iOS 8.3 jailbreak that fixes Cydia Substrate.
For users who have jailbroken their devices with TaiG Jailbreak Tool V2.0.0, please update TaiG 8.1.3-8.x Untether through TaiG source (apt.taig.com) or 3K source (apt.3kzhushou.com). There is no need to jailbreak again.
At this point the untether is only on the apt.3kzhushou.com repo. To install it, add the source repository to Cydia and the "TaiG 8.1.3-8.x Untether" will appear in the Changes tab.

Installed update, system now goes to black screen, then restarts.

Everything is working as expected, except messages customizer, makes the sms.app crash
