Apple has released iOS 9.3 beta 3 to developers for testing.
iOS 9.3 adds numerous new features to Apple's mobile operating system including: Night Shift, secure Notes, more personalized News, an improved Health app, updates to CarPlay, and new Education features. More details on those features here. iOS 9.3 beta 2 brought a new Control Center toggle for Night Shift.

Exactly after 9.3 Unless....9.3 beta 4 the vulnerability gets plugged then maybe they release tool before 9.3 final. Pangu team member stated safe for 9.2 users to bump up to 9.2.1.

They have a tool that works for 9.1 9.2 9.2.1 and 9.3 beta 1-3 jailbreak. Just hope apple dont find vulnerability and patch beta 4-final release. If they don't expect a 9.x-9.3 jb tool
