Shazam has updated its app with the ability to tag songs when offline. Once connected, your tagged songs will automatically be identified.
Next time the music's on but the WiFi isn't, simply tap the big blue button and we’ll name that tune as soon as you're back online. The tracks we match will be waiting for you in the ‘My Shazam’ tab, as always.
The app has also been updated with changes to every page on the iPad "making it easier than ever to discover new music."

Would be great if it was actually working! My app has been saying it's offline for weeks now wether on wifi or LTE and won't upload any tags. I contacted Shazam but they really don't seem to be in any hurry to reply... Over a week and counting...
