iPhone 7 Codenames Leaked

iPhone 7 Codenames Leaked

Posted July 19, 2016 at 4:44pm by iClarified
Codenames for two iPhone 7 models have allegedly been revealed by well known leaker Evan Blass.

Earlier today, Blass tweeted:

The 2 (two!) 2016 iPhone models are codenamed Sonora and Dos Palos.

The two codenames at first appear to suggest that there will only be two iPhone 7 models, ie the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. However, Dos Palos means 'two sticks' in Spanish which for some will keep the rumor of a third iPhone 7 Pro model alive.

It's possible that if there is to be an iPhone 7 Pro we could see it equipped with the rumored dual lens camera and perhaps the impressive display with true tone that was introduced on the iPad Pro 9.7.

Unfortunatly this isn't option, i know even google can give you second virtual number. But if you travel for foreign country always good to have your primary number and new foreign sim. I currently have 2 iPhones one is my personal other one from my job with unlimited Data with Verizon as you know it is CDMA. My personal one t-mobile GSM. So it would be fantastic to have both NETWORKS in one device. Every where you go you will have still network. The only this is not there in Apple if they bring this i promise there are many business mens with big pockets will switch to apple for rest of there life's including me!

Apple is making their iPhones camera better and better that one could use it for some good filming. I wouldn't be surprised if they came out with a Apple Camera based on the iPhone

Although I agree with the fact that iPhone cameras are much better than other manufacturers, nothing will ever be able to replace professional SLR and DSLR cameras.

I remember seeing an article mentioning Dale involved with phone cameras so that they can now rival eachother. Not to say dslr is taking over, just a mention.

Exactly!! No phone will be better than SLR & DSLR at least for many years if at all because if Apple or Samsung would/could do that the price would be so high most consumers could not afford them plus even if you could afford a phone like that you would just buy the SLR cameras like always

Phone will not replace they could slow down the market of dslrs. Today people take more photos than ever before because of mobile phones and the weight and convenience that will make mobile devices more favorable than dslr. I read somewhere that the mobile phone market can replace dslr so for you people that keep saying it will never happen, keep that thought, I know the feeling though you just paid a few 1000's for your trusty dslr and then comes a guy withs mobile phone take same quality images if not better than you. Yes its very intimidating hahaha

I can see your point & maybe the new dual lens will take nice pics, because of price is the only logical drawback to see a real type dsl incorporated into by phone for the next several years till maybe say 2020.

2nd number problem solved
2nd number problem solved - July 20, 2016 at 5:10am
There is a free app in iTunes called (sideline) it gives you a 2nd number that works in tandem with most carriers. It uses your minutes just like your current plan minutes and your wifi or your data to send texts. You can in settings choose a different ring tone for your sideline calls coming in and you DO NOT have to open the app to answer calls as you'll answer them just like you do normally. It's great and again it's free as long as you make a call or send a text with it but if you would rather not have to do that to keep your number, there's an option for $3 a month which removes ads and you'll never lose your number if you would hardly use it. There are NO other fees or minutes to buy as already mentioned it uses your plan minutes and date. It's really cool as you now can use your carriers number for personal use and the 2nd number with sideline for non personal reasons or for business calls or calls you need for dating or an 800 number!!! You now don't need dual sims and have to pay your carrier for 2 accounts. YOU REAALY SHOULD CHECK IT OUT. I've been using now for several months and I love it. It's called "sideline" in the App Store. Sorry for the long post. hehe
