Apple has quietly doubled the storage offered on various iPad tiers and lowered the price of some iPad Pro tiers.
The iPad Air 2 is now offered at 32GB and 128GB storage tiers starting at $399 and $499. The iPad mini 4 is also being offered at the same storage tiers and price points as the iPad Air 2. The iPad mini 2 is now available in just a 32GB storage tier starting at $269.
The price of the 9.7 iPad Pro has dropped from $749 to $699 for the 128GB storage tier and from $899 to $799 for the 256GB storage tier.
The price of the 12.9 iPad Pro has dropped from $949 to $899 for the 128GB storage tier and from $1099 to $999 for the 256GB storage tier.

It's been mentioned new iPads in October. Possibly an iPad Pro 2 like the iPad Air 2 one time.

Same here... if you bought it from Apple within the last two weeks, they'll refund you the difference.
