Apple has increased the App Store's cellular download limit from 150MB to 200MB.
The limit was previously raised from 100MB to 150MB in September of 2017.
If you're concerned about additional data use you can turn off the option to 'Use Cellular Data' for automatic downloads from the iTunes & App Stores menu in Settings.

This is a joke! I got hacked, which meant I COULDN’T use my home network, and every single financial service, including Apple and iTunes DEMANDED I download a fresh copy of their apps. I chewed thru my 4gb limit in 2 days and STILL couldn’t reset all my passwords.
With 5G networks being offered (2020 for Apple), 200mb is nothing! Stay tuned, as I suspect 5G is what finally breaks the wireless networks’ backs, killing them forever.
