Apple Releases tvOS 13.3 for Apple TV [Download]

Apple has released tvOS 13.3 for the Apple TV.

It appears that the only changes introduced in tvOS 13.3 are bug fixes and improvements; as well as, a setting that lets you change the top shelf of the TV app to Up Next from What to Watch.
