Apple Releases tvOS 13.3 for Apple TV [Download]

Apple has released tvOS 13.3 for the Apple TV.
It appears that the only changes introduced in tvOS 13.3 are bug fixes and improvements; as well as, a setting that lets you change the top shelf of the TV app to Up Next from What to Watch.
You can download the software update directly from the link below or you can install the update via the Settings app on your Apple TV.
