Do I have to add the music to the firmware? I forgot to back up some of my music so I am worried that they might get erased.

im having trouble when i follow the steps correctly, when it was at the last step where you click finish, and wait for 5 mins or so, is it meant to be on a blank black screen when you need to wait for it to reboot?

Its a Fake, Im already At 3.1.3 and tested a few weeks ago and for sure it does not work. Apple patched the hole for the JB, meaning it will stick at the blackscreen and reboot on its on, but i can asure toy that no cyida will apper on your springboard. I guess we have to sit tight untill another JB is out P.S I ready bough an ipod on 3.1.3 (after 3.1..3 was out so i had no choice to update)

well it wont work for you because your on 3.1.3, if you read what it says its for the Ipod Touch 3G for 3.1.2 not for the 3.1.3 duh!

I checked the serial before buying to know when it was made. So I got the one that was made in 2009, before it was announced by Apple. :)

When the tut was out it said it was 3.1.3 and you needed to update to 3.1.3 to do it so was just warning people. Maybe you are just a bit slow.

I didn't think you could jailbreak 3.1.3 on a iPod Touch 3G? Does this work for new 3GS's?
