Great instructions and to answer the previous question yes it will work with a time capsule. Any problems I recommend doing a hard rest on the express and starting from scratch, I purchased one that had been pre-configured and it did cause some problems initially.

For some odd reason, every time I plug in my Airport Express, it knocks the other base station (Airport Extreme) off the network and then I can't connect to the internet (and the Airport Express isn't shown in Airport Utility). *sigh* What could be wrong? :[

Can I use these instructions in case I have a Time Capsule instead of an Airport Extreme? Thanks
