Apple Releases iOS 18.4 RC and iPadOS 18.4 RC to Developers [Download]

Apple has released iOS 18.4 Release Candidate and iPadOS 18.4 Release Candidate to developers for testing. The build number is 22E239.

Unfortunately, Apple has not yet provided official release notes for the software update; however, iOS 18.4 contains numerous improvements including a new Vision Pro app, expanded Apple Intelligence availability, Visual Intelligence for iPhone 15 Pro, and more.
