Apple Expands App Store Marketing Tools With More Custom Pages, Offer Codes

Apple is giving developers a new set of tools to market their apps and speed up the submission process. In an update to App Store Connect, the company is doubling the number of custom product pages, expanding offer codes to all in-app purchases, and allowing developers to submit new items while an app version is already in review.

Developers will now be able to send additional items to App Review even while a different submission is pending. That means things like In-App Events, critical bug fixes, or Game Center features can be submitted separately, avoiding delays caused by a full app version being under review.

Custom product pages are getting a major boost as well. The limit has been doubled, allowing developers to create up to 70 unique pages. More importantly for discoverability, these pages can now be assigned keywords, letting them surface directly in App Store search results instead of the default page.


Offer codes have also been expanded to cover all in-app purchase types, including consumables, non-consumables, and non-renewing subscriptions. The change gives developers the ability to create limited-time promotions for any kind of paid content within their apps.

To streamline the system, Apple is phasing out promo codes for in-app purchases. Developers will no longer be able to create them starting March 26, 2026, though any existing codes will still work until they expire. The change doesn't affect promo codes for free app downloads. These updates for App Store Connect come on the heels of a recent visual refresh for the companion app on iPhone and iPad.
