Indie app developer Slappstick has announced an update of their popular Mac application AppyDays, which tracks currently discounted apps for the Mac App Store as well as the iOS App Store for both iPhone and iPad. Sporting a slick and simple UI, the application focuses on bringing the most current App Store discounts at the users fingertips.
Added in the update was 32-bit support, which has been missing in the first release of AppyDays. Another new feature brings star ratings for applications, so users can get a good overview of the quality of the discounted app they are interested in without having to click through iTunes or the Mac App Store. Many smaller improvements in the code has made AppyDays much more performant and more fun to use.
It just takes one click and users are being directed to iTunes or the Mac App Store immediately without any further distractions. The small application window can be left open while people work on their computers, so they can regularly check on new discounts.
Features: * Displays discounted apps in the Mac and iOS App Store * Filters available for price (Mac and iOS) and category (iOS only) * Shows star ratings for all applications (where available) * Polished and sleek user interface
Pricing and Availability: AppyDays 1.01 is available for free exclusively through the Mac App Store in the Reference category.

Awesome! This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for.
After being burnt by missing out some HUGE sales on the MAS for Black Friday and Cyber Monday this app is a welcome addition indeed!
Thanks for bringing this app to my attention, iClarified. You rock!
