In AT&T's iPhone 3G S FAQ's PDF, it states that with MMS being available later this summer, it would be no extra cost if you have a current SMS bundle. Later this summer, as part of the 3.0 software, AT&T will make multimedia messaging (MMS) available at no extra cost to customers with a text messaging bundle. [emphasis added]
SMS packages are available starting at $5 per month, which include 200 text/MMS.

This is music to my ears! I'm glad to know that even though AT&T dropped the ball and screwed us over on getting us MMS capabilities early, they are going to make it free with the text message bundle instead of having to pay 25cents for each message.

At&t didn't want to deal with any law suits because unlimited messaging consist of text, pic and video
