Jumsoft have announced the release and immediate availability of Relationship 2.0, a completely revamped version of its contact management program for Mac OS X. Relationship 2 features a series of improvements over its predecessor, including direct e-mail integration, a fully remade event feature, and project tracking capability.
Relationship was first released in 2006 and has since become highly popular with small businesses. In the second version of the application, Jumsoft expands its scope, turning Relationship into a powerful contact and project management solution. Most importantly, all the items in the database can now be linked to each other for easier and more convenient access.
Besides its linking capability, Relationship 2 offers advanced options of contact grouping, an extensive project feature, event syncing with iCal, embedded e-mail and browser, and ability to add a variety of documents from user's hard drive. Users can thus complete many different tasks without switching to another application.
For instance, a user can effortlessly import an Apple Mail account to Relationship, link to important e-mail messages to and from a current business prospect, and create a reminder event to send an e-mail to touch base. The user can browse prospect-related Web sites, bookmark relevant pages, and create a sticky note listing proposal ideas for further expansion.
"Whether our clients wish to make their communications more efficient or get their everyday activities organized, Relationship is the application for them," said Algirdas Unguvaitis, general manager of Jumsoft. "Relationship operates at the core of users' businesses and helps them stay on track and deliver on time."
Pricing and Availability: Relationship 2.0 is $39 (USD) and a free update to existing users. New users can download a free trial version of Relationship from Jumsoft online.
