Apple has provided developers with the second beta builds of tvOS 26.6, HomePod Software 26.6, visionOS 26.6, and watchOS 26.6 for testing.
The build numbers for this round of updates are 23L5744d for tvOS and HomePod Software, 23O5743c for visionOS, and 23U5040d for watchOS. They arrive alongside the second beta of iOS 26.6 and roughly three weeks after Apple pushed out the initial test builds for this software branch.
With the company's engineering resources now heavily focused on the next-generation operating systems recently unveiled at WWDC 2026, active feature development for the current cycle is essentially finished. These late-stage updates are expected to focus strictly on resolving lingering bugs, patching security vulnerabilities, and ensuring overall system stability across the ecosystem ahead of the major fall transition. Apple has not published detailed release notes outlining any specific user-facing changes for these builds.
Registered developers can download the new software directly through the Software Update section in Settings on their respective devices. Installing the watchOS update requires using the companion Watch app on a paired iPhone.
