Apple has just released iOS 7.0.5 via Software Update to resolve network provisioning issues for some iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c models sold in China.

How about the phones (iPhone 5S & 5C) that has labels "Designed by Apple in California. Assembled in China." Is that included for the update?

I brought iPhone 5s got issue with text message it shows send but other party was not receiving it , hope this updates solve that .

I think that iOS 7.0.5 should be released in England United Kingdom so that it can fix the bug crashes in iOS 7.0.4
