How about the phones (iPhone 5S & 5C) that has labels "Designed by Apple in California. Assembled in China." Is that included for the update?

I don't see any reason why people should update. Unless your phone is bought from china.

I think that iOS 7.0.5 should be released in England United Kingdom so that it can fix the bug crashes in iOS 7.0.4
