Apple CEO Tim Cook has announced that July was a record breaking month for the App Store generating the highest ever billings and money paid to developers.

July was a record-breaker for the @AppStore! Highest-ever monthly billings and money paid to developers.


Cook also noted that Apple has now paid App Store developers over $50 billion.
