The Unc0ver jailbreak was updated to version 3.5 today bringing support for jailbreaking iOS 12.4, the latest version of iOS.
Developer pwn20wnd announced the release on Twitter:
unc0ver v3.5.0 is NOW OUT with iOS 12.4 support for A7-A11 devices (Latest and signed firmware)! You will have to upgrade to iOS 12.4 if you are on iOS 12.3 to use the latest jailbreak -- Enjoy.
Release Notes 08/18/2019 - v3.5.0 was released for production with the following changes: ● Add iOS 12.4 support to the Sock Puppet (A8-A11) and Sock Port (A7-A7X) exploits
It appears that Apple accidentally unpatched the Sock Puppet exploit after patching it in iOS 12.3. It's very rare for a jailbreak to be available for a current and signed version of iOS. So, we'd recommend those interested update to iOS 12.4 and jailbreak as soon as possible. Unfortunately, unc0ver does not currently support the A12 processor found in the iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR for iOS 12.1.3 and up.
You guys are idiots you have to go to AppleID.apple.com to get a Curtis impactor password generated and use that not your stupid usual iTunes passwords because everyone is on two factor authentication
Once more, the Impactor is extremely problematic and I’m unable to sign in using my Apple ID. I had the same problem with the original Undecimus JB, found some backdoor, which produced a non-valid JB (I could install Cydia, but couldn’t install any Cydia apps).
You may have better luck, but the Impactor has NEVER worked for me!
When I first jailbroke mine
I also got an error my for my password
I logged to my account submitted another password
It worked for me after that
Hope this helps
