Apple has released iOS 13.3 beta 3 and iPadOS 13.3 beta 3 to developers. The build number is 17C5046a.
iOS 13.3 introduced Communication Limits for Screen Time letting you limit who can be contacted during Screen Time and Downtime. This applies to Phone, FaceTime, Messages, and iCloud contacts.
Additionally, Safari now supports NFC, USB, and Lightning FIDO2-compliant security keys.

So, on to 3.3, without clearing up the remaining 3.2 bugs (my iPhone is now virtually worthless as I can’t visit any app/site with graphics), so the only way we can HOPE for a fix is by installing even MORE BUGGY, untested software?
