Apple has released iOS 16.3 beta and iPadOS 16.3 beta to developers for testing. The build number is 20D5024e.
This beta version of iOS 16.3 contains bug fixes and improvements.

Apple notes that this beta version of iOS should only be deployed on devices dedicated for iOS 16.3 beta software development.
