Apple has seeded watchOS 10.1 Release Candidate to developers for testing.
It appears that there is a problem with the release notes for this build, but we'll update you with the changelog when it becomes available.
The last betas of watchOS 10.1 enabled NameDrop and Double Tap. You can learn all about the new features in watchOS 10 here:

Check if your Apple Watch supports watchOS 10 here:
● watchOS 10 Compatible Devices
To install the beta, developers should enable Developer Mode in Settings > Privacy & Security. Then, use the Watch app on iPhone to update the software.
