Apple to Release 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs Film for Vision Pro in 8K 3D

Apple has announced that Vision Pro owners will soon get to experience a 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs film shot in Apple Immersive Video. The company teased the film in a press release for the start of the 2024 MLS season.
Coming soon, all Apple Vision Pro users can experience the best of the 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs with the first-ever sports film captured in Apple Immersive Video. Viewers will feel every heart-pounding moment in 8K 3D with a 180-degree field of view and Spatial Audio that transports them to each match.
The 2024 season of Major League Soccer kicks off today on MLS Season Pass. Fans can tune in as reigning Leagues Cup champions Inter Miami CF host Real Salt Lake in a standalone match at Chase Stadium. The match will air at 8 p.m. ET, only on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV. Prematch coverage begins at 6:30 p.m. ET with a special 90-minute edition of MLS Countdown/MLS La Previa.
"We're thrilled to kick off the 2024 season and build upon this game-changing partnership, which is bringing Major League Soccer to its largest global audience ever while showcasing the next-level athleticism and electric fandom of the league," said Eddy Cue, Apple's senior vice president of Services.

MLS Season Pass is available on the Apple TV app for $14.99 (U.S.) per month during the season or $99 (U.S.) per season, and Apple TV+ subscribers can sign up at a special price of $12.99 (U.S.) per month or $79 (U.S.) per season. A subscription to MLS Season Pass will be included with each full-season ticket account. Through Family Sharing, up to six family members can share the subscription using their own Apple ID and password.
