The U.S. Federal Communications Commission has published new filings that appear to confirm several unreleased Apple devices, including updated versions of the MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, and Vision Pro headset.
The documents list model numbers not currently tied to any shipping products. They include what looks to be a next-generation MacBook Pro, multiple M5 iPad Pro variants, and an updated Vision Pro:
● A3434 – MacBook Pro ● A3357 – 11-inch Wi-Fi iPad Pro ● A3358/A3359 – 11-inch Cellular iPad Pro models ● A3360 – 13-inch Wi-Fi iPad Pro ● A3361/A3362 – 13-inch Cellular iPad Pro models ● A3416 – Vision Pro headset
According to the filings, the upcoming iPad Pro models support Wi-Fi 7, while the MacBook Pro listing does not. That detail lines up with a recent unboxing video that claimed to show an M5-powered iPad Pro. Apple is also nearing the launch of new M5 MacBook Pro models, with a debut expected between late 2025 and early 2026.
The Vision Pro filing notes continued support for Wi-Fi 6. That's consistent with reports Apple is preparing an updated Vision Pro powered by an M5 chip, though a more significantly redesigned and lower-cost headset isn't expected until 2027.
Notably, these FCC filings surfaced despite a confidentiality request from Apple. The agency usually publishes such documents in the weeks leading up to a product's launch. Earlier this week, it also released a 163-page filing with full schematics of the iPhone 16e.
