Apple has seeded the Release Candidates for iOS 26.3 and iPadOS 26.3 to developers. The build number for today's update is 23D125.
This version lands just over a week after the third beta and indicates the software is effectively finished. It follows the public release of iOS 26.2.1, which Apple pushed out recently to ensure compatibility with the second-generation AirTag.
We have been tracking a few specific changes during this cycle. The biggest addition is a native 'Transfer to Android' menu in Settings. This tool streamlines moving data to non-Apple devices, a change likely driven by the EU's Digital Markets Act.
The update also enables Notification Forwarding for wearables in the European Union, helping third-party smartwatches handle system alerts better. It arrives alongside Xcode 26.3, which introduced new AI capabilities for agentic coding earlier this week.
Developers can grab the Release Candidate from the Apple Developer Center. It is also available over-the-air via Settings > General > Software Update by selecting the iOS 26 Developer Beta option.
I just came across this amazing way to earn $6,000-$8,000 a week online! No selling, no struggle—just a simple system that anyone can follow. Mia Westbrook did it, and so can you! Don’t miss out on this life-changing opportunity.
