To improve the test, they should set up a web server on there Local Network., where internet speed isn't a issue, and it should be Gigabyte web server to a Gigabyte wireless N router.

The iPhone has more apps installed on it, i.e. More push notifications going in the background? And if the iPhone 4 has been upgraded and not restored to 4.1 that can affect the speed as well, I have noticed a big diffrent between upgraded and resotred devices... Or what do you guys think? Sorry for my bad English ;)

As Andy said thanks for the efforts but Internet testing could not be considered as a fair benchmark since it depends on the network as well, Games or installed applications would be better in benchmarking

Im sorry... thanks for the effort, but:
1) Why did you make a speed test while downloading other stuff?
2) Also, why did you only test internet related issues?
You should try other stuff like games, applications, etc...
