Panasonic is set to announce the 'LUMIX Phone' on October 5th at CEATEC. The phone will likely feature a higher quality camera then your typical handset.
Specs Revealed Thus Far: ● 3.3-inch LCD screen with 854×480 resolution ● "Mobile VenusEngine" for HD images ● Camera with 13MP CMOS sensor ● MicroSDHC slot ● Wi-Fi ● DLNA support ● Size: 116×52×17.7mm, Weight: 146g

Nissan has also announced its "AlmeraPhone" ! 4WD, Front and Rear Cam, Retina Windshield, 1000 watts Audio Car System for Ringtones, Hands-free, Antenna on top of the car (so no antenna issue...) and multitasking cockpit and conditioned-air...Come on guys !!! :-D
