ABC News has updated their iPad application to provide live elections results for the United States Senate.
The ABC News interactive globe gives you a new way to dive deeper into the stories that matter most to you.
Information Gets Interactive: ● SPIN the globe with a swipe of your finger ● SHAKE your iPad to shuffle the articles and videos ● TOUCH any image to read or watch the days news ● FILTER the globe by selecting your favorite topic or show ● SAVE stories to "My Favorites" to read when you are offline and on the go ● SHARE the buzziest stories through Facebook, Twitter, or e-mail ● ENGAGE with the ABC News coverage youve come to trust on our fully optimized site for your iPad
What's New In This Version: 2010 Elections - NEW ● "What If" Game A game where users interact with a map of the US, tapping on States or Congressional Districts to turn them red or blue, and watching how their guesses impact the balance of power.
● Live Elections Results Zoom in and out of a US map to browse the results Senate and Congressional as they come in.
Additional Updates ● Users can now choose a default launch view by holding the map, globe, or site buttons down or going to Settings ● Added a Settings button to set the default launch view, turn shuffle on/off, and show info screen on/off. ● Improved performance, improved wireless detection, and added more content to the globe. ● Added more content to the globe.
