As predicted earlier today, Apple has seeded beta 3 of iOS 4.3 to developers.

The build number is 8F5166b and the ipsws are available from the iOS Developer Center. Let us know in the comments if you find anything new!

You can now delete any app while downloading. What I mean is you can cancel ant download...
