Dont install - it disables the sleep button/functionality... I just pressed sleep and it cut power to the whole computer, losing everything I was doing - doesn't even proper shut down, just complete power cut...

The large file contains updates for 7 and Server, and there are multiple versions of the update for each OS depending on the processor in use.
If you visit the actual page (or use Windows Update), you'll see the update you actually need is only around 300mb.

2gb?? That's not a service pak... Thats a whole new OS
