Asymco's Horace Dediu has posted a chart showing Apple's growth for net sales and earnings. Dediu notes that "Its easy to become de-sensitized to the scope of these numbers, but it bears repeating: the growth has been steadily increasing since 2009."
The first chart uses a grading system with color coding to show bands of growth.
The second gives an idea of how much bigger the company's business is now vs. a year ago. Not just on the revenues but also the cost of these revenues and what is retained.

And still they pillage us general public for over priced equipment. I guess we're all the dummies that are letting them do it I suppose. I can't remember the exact margins on the iPhone, but it's higher that clothing margins, their margins don't follow the normal electronics trend for other suppliers that's for sure. Comes down to good marketing and dedicated followers in the end
