Apple has release iTunes 10.3.1 via Software Update. It's unclear what exactly is new in the update; however, its likely to fix minor bugs discovered after the release of iTunes 10.3.
You can download the update by selecting Software Update from the Apple menu at the top left of your screen.

I checked for updates in iTunes But zilch now am told it's under general software update ? What's that all about...
Did poor Steve sounded breathless alot and even more slimmer @WWDC ??

How about marking posts like this as BETA! The title makes it appear that a final version has been released, when it's *clearly* beta.

I think you are confusing 10.3.1 with 10.5 beta. 10.3.1 can be downloaded by anyone, therefore it is the final version. 10.5 is for developers and is beta.
