Apple has published a support document in which they strongly recommend Final Cut Pro users update to Mac OS X 10.6.8.
Updating to Mac OS X v10.6.8 or later is strongly recommended when using Final Cut Pro X, Motion 5, or Compressor 4.
The applications mentioned above were just released today suggesting that Apple will make the Mac OS X 10.6.8 software update available soon.
