The iPhone Dev-Team has begun working on the new Apple iPod touch in anticipation that it might reveal hints about future iPhones
----- U Cant Touch This were the words of the great MC Hammer in 1990, but we just couldnt wait to touch it as soon as the new slinky wafer-thin iPod was unveiled by Father Jobs a week ago.
We are especially eager to experiment with this device because the n72ap in the new iPod Touch 2G may give us insight into upcoming iPhones.
So a few hours ago the large truck backed into the DevTeam warehouse where the crate of iPod touché devices were dropped off and we started the very earliest stages of investigation (which means fun!) ;-)
We wont have more to say unless theres more to say. Hammertime! -----

the so called dev team its waitng for zibri to unlock the new 3g so then they can steal it from him , like they have done until now.
if the first gen iphone was able to be unlocked so can this one. there just have to be a very smart person to see the differeces between the software from usa and the software from europes firmware.
the europe firmware has an unlocked baseband in their software. i came 2 days ago from europe and i put in my tmobile usa simcard and it worked fine. roaming charges eat me but it works.
when they have time for that then all the us iphones can be unlocked.
SO LEAVE THE IPOD ALONE AND GET TO WORK ON THE IPHONE 3G

The fact is the Dev team gave up and left the iPhone 3G project for Zibri to continue. They want to work on less tough one.
Viva Zibro!

They have not unlocked it because there is not software unlock for it. Zibri said this a long time ago. Apple changed everything in the new 3G iPhone. This is why the DevTeam has said jack about it. DOn't believe their hype as well.
