SwitcherLoader Lets You Load Custom Views Into the App Switcher

SwitcherLoader is a library by Fr0zen Sun for loading views/plugins into the SBAppSwitcher.
You can easily rearrange views in the settings, even the default music and volume controls. SwitcherLoader also has an API for developers who want to create their own plugins: API link
The SwitcherLoader is open source and available to download free from Cydia.
