A California Court said it's too busy to hear Apple's request for a ban on the Samsung Galaxy S III before the device is set to launch, reports Reuters.
in an order late on Monday, U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh in San Jose, California, effectively dashed Apple's hopes of stopping the launch of Samsung Electronics Co Ltd's new Galaxy S III smartphone, which also runs on Android. Koh had said Apple's push to get a court order blocking the June 21 launch would overload her calendar, given Apple's high-stakes trial over other Samsung devices set for July that she is overseeing.
Didn't say they make junk.... I have Apple and Samsung products but if Apple hires Samsung to make their parts then expect some of those parts to be in other models.... Apple is as GREEDY is they get!!! Now lemme see that Galaxy 3!!
Yeah, nice troll. The latest iPhone has less than 10% of its components made by Samsuck, and Apple are sourcing flash chips, touch screens and other bits elsewhere now. Apple have learnt, you give your specs to Samsuck, and they'll just copying your design and make another ripp off device. Not anymore.
