Apple may be planning to release iOS 7 Beta 2 today, according to carrier sources who spoke with BGR.
While Apple normally seeds iOS betas to carrier partners before developers, we believe there’s a good chance it will make its way to the Apple Developer portal today, too. iOS 7 is not a public release, but multiple app developers have reported that they are seeing more people running iOS 7 than iOS 5 in their app logs. That could amount to hundreds of thousands or even millions of people running iOS 7 already.
The site believes that the update could be available around 1:00PM EDT.

Everything don't work its not close to 100% if u don't want all your apps working then do the update to iOS 7! Really

Kik and Instagram work fine now .
No facebook twitter overlapping.
Ebay and flickr still crashing.
Battery Time doesnt seem improved.
Video zoom is ok . on Iphone 5

most likely they will do a microsofts ploy and do a windows blue kinda overhaul after ppl are upset over ios7
