iTypeFastR, an iPhone keyboard designed to improve input speed, has been updated and is now compatible with iPhone OS 3.0. Its design has much larger keys for the letters used most often while sticking to the QWERTY design.
The landscape keyboard has been improved and the graphics have been streamlined, getting rid of some animations, and adding an emboss effect to the keys.
iTypeFastR can be found in the BigBoss Cydia repository.

After installing this application my Skype stopped working. It took me a while to realize this correlation. Hope this saves you a few hours.
Skype (at least this was the case with my iPhone) will not work when iTypeFastR is installed. Skype simply crashes when you try to press the call button -- uninstalling iTypeFastR solved the issue.
