HandTek.co.uk lists the TomTom iPhone App and Car Kit for £99 ($168.50) plus tax and is now taking pre-orders for the item.
The listing was discovered by DaniWeb; however, they have been unable to officially confirm this pricing.
They do note that the cheapest standalone TomTom in-car unit costs £118 ($200) which means that the iPhone version is somewhat cheaper. That is if you have an iPhone already.
The TomTom solution combines two new TomTom products: - The TomTom navigation application for iPhone; an Apple version of TomToms award-winning turn-by-turn navigation software, including IQ Routes and latest maps from Tele Atlas; - The TomTom car kit for iPhone; a specially developed car kit for secure docking, enhanced GPS performance, clear voice instructions, hands-free calling and in-car charging.

Once again, another mount that doesn't work with existing iphone cases that wrap the phone and are hard to remove. Plus, without a gooseneck adapter, mounting location might be awkward.
I hope the app is not too expensive.

What a ripoff. Could be prices a little more competitively in the £50 mark!
