Shutterfly iPhone App Updated

The Shutterfly iPhone app has been updated to version 2.0 and adds many new features. Shutterfly provides unlimited pictures storage for free and never deletes photos.

Whats New In This Version:
Email sharing - Email one or more pictures from your Shutterfly account to your iPhone Contacts. Share recipients receive an email invitation to view your pictures in an online slideshow.

Share site posting - Post one or more pictures from your Shutterfly account to a Shutterfly Share site.


Picture downloads - Save any pictures in your Shutterfly account back to your iPhone camera roll or to your Contacts address book.

Picture deletion - Remove an unwanted picture from you account.

Upload to any album - Select an existing album to which to upload or create a new album. Pictures no longer uploaded to dedicated "iPhone Pictures" album.

Improved viewing - iPhone status bar now hidden in slideshow mode. Zoom in on photos with a pinch or double tap.


Performance improvements - Photos added from camera roll to upload queue faster

Improved album navigation - Albums grouped by folder, just like in your Shutterfly account. Refresh button quickly syncs album list with online account.

New app settings - Size of thumbnail cache configurable. Shake navigation feature can be turned off
