QuickReply, a Cydia Store application for replying to SMS/MMS from anywhere has been updated to version 1.1.
QuickReply allows you to reply to a SMS message without closing the open application. The conversation is overlaid onto the current app using a semi transparent background.
Lockscreen support can be enabled by double tapping on an incoming SMS alert when the phone is locked.
Authored by Gaurav Khanna, QuickReply is available from the Cydia Store for $2.99.

Anyone know how to access the preferences screen in order to disallow the lockscreen reply for security reasons?

Ive bought this and iRealQuickSMS and I LOVE QuickReply for SMS much better. Much more stock-like and very clean with no bugs.
Plus the landscape mode in iReal got really annoying when i was at school walking around trying to text and look in front of me and the damn thing wouldnt go into portrait mode.

That's old news Ireal sms has Quick reply and landscape txt.I paid for it and have had it forever.

I just purchased this utility and it's preety cool , it won't interupt any app that ur using, well worth the $$$
