SnowLock is an iPhone tweak by Gi-lo which lets you set the 'y' origin of your LockBar and Lockscreen Clock via WinterBoard.
In other words, having 'Slide To Unlock' on top is a possibility now! In addition, there is an option to activate a "Tricky Lockscreen" that looks like home screen with regular icons. One of those icons is an actual slider :).
